HeeSeok
.jpg)
His name is HeeSeok that he let me know the spelling. At that time I suggested his name is "he suck" although its asyntactic. And we laughed :)
He was one of my colleague but quitted just 4 days ago. the day before when he handed in his resignation, he was very sick. According to his endoscopy report he has 3 wens inside his large intestine, fortunately not vicious, and duodenal ulcer. Finally he quitted. But a real reason is different. He has been out with his supervisor. In my view his supervisor is a bitch and named HanCha by us(my colleagues). He always insult his staffs. and self rationalization.
we have a hatred to him. Sorry. I should have not told aboout him. Anyhow his condition was a catalyst.
He might be going to his hometown where is very far from here.
He is flaunt and sometimes humble, very funny and sometimes sincere, and like drinking.(We are alcohol friends) I really like him because of those. If Beomi(I told about him before) quitted his job. I would not keep in touch with him, maybe. But "He suck" is different from Beomi. He might have a hard time in order to cure.
Next monday we decided to drink with HeeSeok. He is going to deny to drink alcohol.
Im sad not to drink with him any more.
I pray for his health and new job. I wanna see his smile again.

Edward Yang dies on 1st July 2007
Edward Yang, who won best director in 2000 at the Cannes Film Festival and was known for his realistic portrayals of modern Taiwan, has died of complications from colon cancer, said a film industry source on Sunday.
The 59-year-old director died in his home in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Friday, said Norman Wang, who said Yang's family asked him to release the information to the media.
Yang had been battling colon cancer for seven years, Wang said.
The Shanghai-born director studied engineering in Taiwan and obtained a master's degree at the University of Florida. He worked as a computer engineer before becoming a filmmaker.
Yang's stories were often set in the Taiwanese capital, Taipei. One of his notable works is 1991's A Brighter Summer Day, about Elvis-worshipping teenage boys in the 1950s who get involved with gangsters.
Yang won best director at Cannes in 2000 for Yi Yi (A One and a Two), about a Taiwanese family that copes with the serious illness of their elderly mother.
a few years ago, Taiwanese Newwave film festival was held in Seoul. I saw some of his films. A one and a Two was really good. it is about members of a taiwanese family with love. The flim was calm, moving.

At that time, Hou Hsiao Hsien, Tsai MingLiang came here. But Edward yang didn't. Then there is no chance for me to see Edward Yang any more.
